The rooms on the upper level were just perfect! They were separate, giving a nice sense of privacy. the staff here were really nice and helpful. the location right in the heart of the town was amazing 🌟.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The use of the amenities at the Rosewood Hotel was a fantastic bonus. As guests with disabilities, we found the villa to be accessible and suitable for our needs.

The location in San Miguel de Allende was excellent, close to the town center, restaurants, galleries, museums. After a long day, I visited Luna Tapas Bar for a couple of drinks. - the breakfast had plenty of selection, and the food was excellent.

I especially loved the fresh fruits and pastries. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

Lastly, the breakfast served each morning was delicious, a perfect way to start the day.

Our Christmas vacation here was incredible! The villa was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly - they even helped us with suggestions on what to do and where to go around the area. The best part was the access to the nearby facilities, including tennis courts and a spa. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay with fresh juice daily and delicious breakfast in the common kitchen. The location was also perfect for us as it was conveniently close to restaurants and shops.

There is only one negative aspect of our stay at this hotel- we didn't want to leave! We had such a great time and were sad to say goodbye.

The frequent cleaning of the room and the fruit water left by the taxi driver were also appreciated.
